Takedown Notice Instructions

To file a copyright infringement notification with Clipmup, send a written notification through our form Liên hệ, which must include the information required by Section 512(c)(3) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

To write a proper DMCA Notice, include the following:

  1. Identify yourself as the owner of copyrighted work or exclusive rights that you believe were infringed, or a person acting on behalf of the owner. Provide a physical or electronic signature.
  2. Specify the copyrighted work that you believe is being infringed. For multiple works, provide a representative list.
  3. Identify the location of infringing materials by providing URLs on the clipmup.pro site. Include all URLs in the body of the message for faster processing.
  4. Provide your contact information, including your name, address, phone number, and email. If acting on behalf of the copyright owner, describe your affiliation (e.g., attorney, agent).
  5. State your good faith belief that the use of materials is unauthorized by the copyright owner, its agents, or the law.
  6. Declare the accuracy of your notice under penalty of perjury. Include this statement: “I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.”

Important Notes

  • Notices must include all 6 points listed above. Incomplete notices cannot be processed.
  • If Clipmup receives a proper notification, it will respond expeditiously by removing the infringing material.
  • Please allow a reasonable number of business days for review and processing.

Để gửi thông báo vi phạm bản quyền đến Clipmup, vui lòng gửi qua form Liên hệ với đầy đủ thông tin theo yêu cầu của Mục 512(c)(3) Đạo luật DMCA.

Thông báo hợp lệ cần bao gồm:

  1. Xác định danh tính của bạn với tư cách chủ sở hữu bản quyền hoặc người đại diện hợp pháp, kèm chữ ký (vật lý hoặc điện tử).
  2. Chỉ rõ tác phẩm mà bạn cho rằng đang bị vi phạm.
  3. Cung cấp đường dẫn URL đầy đủ của nội dung vi phạm trên clipmup.pro.
  4. Cung cấp thông tin liên hệ: họ tên, địa chỉ, số điện thoại, email.
  5. Tuyên bố thiện chí rằng việc sử dụng tài liệu không được chủ sở hữu bản quyền cho phép.
  6. Cam đoan tính chính xác của thông báo dưới hình phạt khai man.

Thông báo phải đầy đủ cả 6 điểm. Thông báo thiếu thông tin sẽ không thể xử lý.
